Returns Procedure: (Please Read Carefully)

 

Download a copy of our returns form and either fax, post or E-mail it back to us. We will contact you and supply you with an RMA number. Please wait for an RMA number before sending any goods back. Include a copy of our returns form with the goods and CLEARLY mark the RMA number on the outside of any packaging. DO NOT deface any product packaging. Incomplete or illegible forms will be rejected. Goods returned without prior fax notification or RMA number will be rejected by the Technical Support Department. All products returned for Credit must be returned complete in original packaging, undamaged and in a re-sellable condition. When sending goods back, please ensure that adequate packaging and antistatic precautions are used. All damaged items will be considered warranty void.
