Our Remote Access Support Service provides the prevention and cure to the vast majority of software, antivirus and Microsoft Windows issues.

  • Our annual contract includes unlimited support, help and advice for all contracted software and general IT related issues.
  • Once a month we remotely login to each of our client's computers, providing proactive computer software servicing or as we like to call it, a Monthly M.O.T.
  • Proactive software maintenance sessions are carried out remotely to ensure optimum levels of performance and security on your PC.
  • Antivirus scans are initiated and any threats identified are removed.
  • Clients are notified of any potential issues and offered advice accordingly.
  • More serious issues or repairs can be resolved either in house or onsite by qualified IT engineers at special Support Client discounted hourly rates.
